You can return your item using a courier of your choice. We recommend using a parcel comparison service such as Parcel2Go, which allows you to compare quotes from a range of couriers and choose the delivery option that best suits your needs.

If you would prefer us to arrange the return for you, we can provide a return quote using our chosen courier. Please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll be happy to assist.

If you change your mind after your order has been dispatched:
If you choose to refuse delivery rather than accept the goods and arrange a return, the parcel will be returned to us by the courier. Any return charge that we are charged by the courier for the refused delivery will be deducted from your refund.
