If an item is marked as Pre-Order, it means it’s not currently in stock, but we’re expecting it to arrive with us soon. You’ll find the estimated back-in-stock date on the product page.

When you place a pre-order, payment is taken at the time of purchase. This reserves the item for you, and we’ll get it dispatched as soon as it arrives with us.

Please keep in mind that the back-in-stock date is an estimated date. Your item may arrive sooner, or occasionally a little later, due to circumstances outside of our control. If there’s any delay to the estimated arrival date, we’ll let you know as soon as we’re made aware.

If you change your mind, you can cancel your pre-order at any time before it’s dispatched and receive a full refund.
