Yes of course, when your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a dispatch confirmation email which will have details of your tracking code and the courier to allow you to track your order with the courier.
What if I change my mind and wish to cancel an order before its shipped?
As long as you haven’t received a dispatch notification that your order has been shipped, give us a call and a member of our helpful customer service team will be able to arrange this for you.
What happens if I am not at home?
Due to the size and nature of our products, we do not allow orders to be left in a safe place or without a signature. For standard deliveries, the courier may leave your order with a neighbour or leave a card with details of the next delivery attempt
