Due to the size and nature of our products, we do not allow orders to be left in a safe place or without a signature.

For standard deliveries, the courier may leave your order with a neighbour or leave a card with details of the next delivery attempt. Most couriers will make up to two delivery attempts. After this, your parcel may be held at the depot for collection or returned to us if a redelivery is not arranged.

For pallet deliveries, the courier will contact you in advance to arrange the delivery. If you are not available at the agreed time, any redelivery charge will need to be paid by you.
